All renters must abide by all laws and regulations according to the Ontario Provincial Police;
Failure to do so will result in charges being laid against the credit card holder.

You MUST keep a minimum safe distance of 50 ft from other watercraft at speeds of over 5km/h
Pass to Splash is Prohibited and Illegal, Your Ride will be Cancelled !
Drugs, Alcohol, or any Verbal Abuse are NOT Tolerated
YOU MUST ARRIVE AT LEAST 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED START IN ORDER TO COMPLETE THE NECESSARY PAPERWORK AND TRAINING
Late arrivals will result in the cancellation of your reservation and a 50% cancellation fee
Parliament hill Requires 2hrs and Security Deposit $800.
Charter Groups of 3 or More WILL Require a Security Deposit of $800. or More
Late Return Fees: $39.99 every 20 minutes past scheduled return time
All Marinas are No-Wake Zones.
It is PROHIBITED to enter and/or pass the Rockcliffe Marina without written consent from Jetski Ottawa.
Boat Traffic is heavy in the area.
ALL Public Beaches are Off Limits.
Renters MUST presents
Gov. I.D. and Credit Card they booked with.
You may choose to bring personal items at your discretion.
JETSKI OTTAWA ASSUMES NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PERSONAL ITEMS.
Jetski Ottawa carries Liability Insurance. Jetski Ottawa covers Minor superficial damages only.
The Renter is responsible for all damages to and or by equipment,
please be a responsible rider.
The operator/driver must be eighteen (18) or older.
Any passenger, under the age of eighteen (18) must have their legal parent or guardian on-site to provide consent and sign the waiver agreement.
Jetski Ottawa will provide you with a temporary boaters licence for the duration of your rental.
If you already have a boaters licence, please bring it for a faster checkout.
MAXIMUM WEIGHT LIMIT IS 300LBS (136KG)
The maximum Weight limit applies whether riding alone or with a passenger.
You will Not be allowed on your charter if over the weight limit.
